Blossom One, Blossom All

 So this year at Time to Blossom I was so blessed to be a counselor for ten, beautiful, 12 to 13 year old girls; Anna, Ashlyn, Macy, Maddie, Maggie, Maryn, Piper, Sarah, Savanna, and Taryn. Each of my girls were amazing and so unique! There never was a dull moment with these girls. It was lols for dayzzzz! Anna is super spiritual, Ashlyn is a great ball of sunshine, Macy is a crack up, Maddie is a sweetheart, Maggie is intelligent, Maryn is obedient, Piper is sarcastic, Sarah is kind, Savanna is a sas, and Taryn is a star! These girls were so spoiled by so many incredible speakers and so many inspiring activities. Heck even I felt spoiled (and I was getting paid). We had amazing speakers like Lois Jean Spencer, Vivian Cline, Joy Gardner, Emily LeSueur, Sister Ardeth Kapp (former general president of the young womens organization for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints), Hank Smith, Alex Boye, and so many more! We had JesterZ come perform as well as Alex Boye put on a concert for us! It was so incredibly fun! (I understand that I probs am ending sentences with too many of these [!] but thats how excited I am mmk). These girls learned so much about how to blossom into their true potential as well as, how to bloom with confidence. There were powerful lessons on getting rid of the bad thoughts that paralyze and hinder you from truly growing and becoming who you really are and replacing with positive uplifting thoughts. The girls learned about proper etiqurtte and poise, how to have a succesful life through successful choices. As well as, how to listen and follow the Holy Ghost, how to have a balanced life (being spiritually, mentally, and physically intuned), how to set and follow through with goals. They even learned about proper skin care, makeup application, and wardrobe designing! Most importantly, they learne dof their inner beauty, their infinite worth, how music effects them, how to seperate themselves from wordly distractions, and how to choose good friends. My wish is to so badly get young woman across the United States to come and enjoy the blessings of this conference.
